Austin Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU) 

The Austin Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU) is a professional association of health insurance and benefit specialists. Comprised of more than 200 independent agents and company representatives, AAHU is dedicated to enhancing the professional growth of its members. The sole purpose of this professional development is to inform and protect  insurance consumers.  We meet each month at the Austin Woman's Club to discuss current industry topics. AAHU is a local chapter of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU, www.tahu.org). TAHU represents over 1,600 members throughout Texas.

TAHU is the state chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU, www.nahu.org). NAHU represents more than 20,000 professional health insurance agents and brokers who serve the insurance needs of millions of Americans.
